I believe if a facility can't offer you the courtesy of a quick return call and good communication, that they may not be able to provide the greatest care for their residents. Woodway Senior Living staff always promptly replies to any requests I have and work with me in planning discharges to their facility. Most notable is the residents we get that have lived at Woodway Senior Living; they without fail always want to return to Woodway, instead of exploring other options. This is a great testimonial to the care and compassion provided by Woodway staff. I have never had a resident tell me they did not want to return. It is also rare, with the exception of Woodway Senior Living staff, for a resident to be visited by the facility they previously lived at. However, Woodway calls and visits to check on the resident from their time of admit here.
